摘要
为了提高车削加工仿真算法的时间和空间性能,实现数控系统中三维实体实时材料去除模拟,提出一种高效的车削加工仿真算法.首先,改进传统二维dexel工件模型为dual dexel(简称为D-dexel)模型,并归类车削刀具,建立刀具统一的显式表达方式;其次,在布尔减运算中采用定位机制.最后,通过实验表明该算法具有较好的时间和空间性能.
In order to improve the time and space performance of turning simulation algorithm and implement the real-time three-dimensional solid material removal simulation in NC system, this paper presents an efficient turning simulation algorithm. Firstly, the traditional dexel model was improved to dual dexel model, referred to D-dexel, turning tool was classified, a unified explicit tool expression was established at the same time. Secondly, we use positioning mechanism in the Boolean subtraction. Finally, experiments showed that the algorithm has better space and time performance.
