膏体充填综采地表移动与覆岩破坏规律 被引量:4

摘要 膏体充填开采是解放大量压占煤炭资源的新技术途径,能够充分回收资源,延长矿井服务年限。膏体充填综采地表移动与覆岩破坏规律尚未有深入的研究,针对大明矿膏体充填工作面特点,建立了地表及井下巷道岩移观测站,对工作面开采整个过程进行了监测,通过数据分析掌握了膏体充填综采地表移动及覆岩破坏规律,膏体充填开采后巷道顶板不会垮塌,且地表移动和变形大幅降低;通过计算机拟合得出膏体充填开采沉陷最佳预计参数,下沉系数q=0.16时,减沉效果明显,是较好的保护地面建(构)筑物的开采技术。 Paste filling mining is a new approach for the solution of pressed coal resources, it can fully recovery resources and prolong the service of coal mine. Law of surface movement and overburden failure for paste filling fully mechanized mining was not study deep- ly. In this article, the surface and underground roadway rock move monitoring stations were set up to monitoring the whole working face mining. The data analysis show the law of surface movement and overburden failure that the tunnel roof will not collapse, the ground surface movement and deformation can significantly reduced. Finally, the optimum mining subsidence prediction parameters of paste filling mining were obtained by computer fitting. When the subsidence coefficient q = 0. 16, the effectiveness of reducing subsidence is obvious. So the paste filling mining is the better mining techonology to protect the surface building.
