加巴喷丁治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变的疗效观察

Clinical studyon gabapentin for diabetic painful neuropathy

目的观察加巴喷丁治疗中重度糖尿病痛性神经病变的疗效和不良反应。方法选取确诊为糖尿病痛性神经病变的2型糖尿病患者27例,所有患者积极控制血糖,并口服加巴喷丁胶囊治疗,起始剂量0.1g,3次/d。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评定疼痛程度,在治疗前及治疗后第1周、4周各测评1次。结果加巴喷丁治疗1周后总有效率为55.6%,治疗4周后总有效率为81.5%。与用药前VAS相比,加巴喷丁用药后第1周及4周VAS均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加巴喷丁用于治疗糖尿病痛性神经病变效果显著,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective To observe and evaluate the analgesic efficacy and safety of gabapentin for the treatment of diabetic painful neuropathy. Methods A total number of 27 diabetic painful neuropathy cases were enrolled. The degree of pain was measured by visual analogue scale （VAS） at 1, 4 weeks after the treatments with gabapentin. Results The total effective rate at 4 weeks after treatment was 81.5% ,which was higher than that at 1 week（55.6%） ; The scores of VAS at 1, 4 weeks after the treatments with gabapentin were lower than that before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05 and P〈0.01 respectively）. Conclusion Oabapentin could be an effective therapy for diabetic painful neuropathy.
