摘要
7-溴-1H-茚是一种重要的化工原料。本研究以廉价易得的3-(2-溴苯)丙酸为原料,经过经酰化、分子内傅克酰基化、硼氢化钠还原、磺酸酯化以及E2消除,5步反应合成了7-溴-1H-茚。合成工艺路线总产率为77%。中间体与终产物结构经1H NMR和GC-MS表征。
7-Bromo-1H-indene, an very important organic synthetic intermidiate was synthesized from 3-(2-bromophenyl)propanoic acid by acylation, Friedel-Crafts acylation, reduction, sulfonation and E2 elimination with a 77 % of total yield. The structures were characterized and assigned by 1H NMR and GC-MS.
