科学技术的发展历来都有双重性,本文肯定了科学技术发展的重要性,同时指出科学技术对生态环境产生的负面影响,并提出可持续发展的必要性,以及实现经济和环境和谐发展应解决的技术瓶颈问题。

Sci-technology is a double-edged sword. Along with affirming the importance of sci-technology, this paper also points out the negative impact to the coo-environment, the necessary of sustainable development, and the bottleneck problems should be solved in the harmonious development of economy and environment.
