摘要
蔗制糖企业是高耗水、高污染的废水排放行业,甘蔗制糖企业是甘蔗为原料制糖过程中排出的废水。主要来自制糖出产过程和制糖副产品综合利用过程。废水中一般含有有机物和糖分,COD、BOD很高,废水色度深、含氮、磷、钾等元素较高,其中主要来自斜槽废水、榨糖废水、蒸馏废水、地面冲刷水等。文章介绍了水解酸化和活性污泥法组合工艺在CODCr浓度较高的甘蔗制糖废水治理上的应用,工程规模10000m3/d,该工艺自2011年12月投产至今处理效果稳定,各项出水指标均可达到《制糖工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21909-2008)中新建企业水污染物排放限值。
