摘要 蔗制糖企业是高耗水、高污染的废水排放行业,甘蔗制糖企业是甘蔗为原料制糖过程中排出的废水。主要来自制糖出产过程和制糖副产品综合利用过程。废水中一般含有有机物和糖分,COD、BOD很高,废水色度深、含氮、磷、钾等元素较高,其中主要来自斜槽废水、榨糖废水、蒸馏废水、地面冲刷水等。文章介绍了水解酸化和活性污泥法组合工艺在CODCr浓度较高的甘蔗制糖废水治理上的应用,工程规模10000m3/d,该工艺自2011年12月投产至今处理效果稳定,各项出水指标均可达到《制糖工业水污染物排放标准》(GB21909-2008)中新建企业水污染物排放限值。 Cane sugar industry is the high water consumption, high pollution wastewater industry, sugar cane sugar cane as raw sugar business is the process of wastewater. Mainly from sugar and sugar byproducts produced during the process of utilization. Wastewater generally contain organic and sugar, COD, BOD is high, water deep color, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other elements is higher, mainly wastewater from the chute, sugar water, distilled water, ground water erosion. This article describes the hydrolysis acidification and mix activated sludge process CODCr higher concentration in sugar cane on the application of wastewater treatment, engineering scale 10000 m3/d, the process is pnt into operation since December 2011 since the treatment effect stability, the water indicators can achieve "sugar industrial water pollutant discharge standards" (GB21909-2008) in the new enterprises water pollutant discharge limits.
