摘要
某制药公司中药提取生产废水中有机物和氨氮浓度高,水质、水量变化大,特别是醇沉废水,COD浓度高达300000 mg/L。该工程采用混凝沉淀—UASB—缺氧—好氧—曝气生物滤池组合工艺处理废水,UASB采用脉冲布水,好氧采用可提升曝气系统。进水CODCr、BOD5、NH4+、SS的质量浓度分别为12000、4000、60、3000 mg/L,出水指标达到《GB21906-2008中药类制药工业水污染物排放标准》表二新建企业建企业水污染物排放的要求,CODCr、BOD5、NH4+、SS的去除率分别为99.2%、99.6%、86.7%、98.3%。
The effluent from traditional Chinese medicine wastewater has the characteristics of great variation in water quality and quantity, high NH3-H, especially alcohol precipitation wastewater which COD concentration is as high as 300000 mg/L. The combined process included flocculation & sedimentation, pulse up-flow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB), anoxic; aerobic activated sludge process and ozone-biological aerated filter (BAF). Influent concentration of CODcr, BOD5 and NH4+ and SS is 12000, 4000, 60 and 3000 mg/L, respectively. While, removal rate of CODcr. BOD5 and NH4+ and SS is 99.2 %, 99.6 %, 86.7 % and 98.3 %, respectively. The main effluent quality index reached the discharge standard of water pollutants for pharmaceutical industry Chinese traditional medicine category (GB21906-2008) (Table 2 new facility water pollutant emission requirements).
