摘要
活塞环弹簧涨圈在设备运行过程中发生了断裂失效,为了解其发生失效原因,利用检测设备对弹簧涨圈的化学成分、显微组织、断口和力学性能进行分析,结果表明:材质严重的铬偏析导致了零件的组织和性能不均匀,疲劳应力和高温是诱发失效的外部因素。
Piston spring expansion circle cracked during the machine operated. Detection and analysis on the chemical composition, microstructure, fracture surface and other properties of the piston spring expansion circle were done by equipment. The results showed that chromium segregation caused the inhomogeneity of its microstructure and performance, fatigue stress and high temperature were the outer factors that caused its failure.
