摘要
文章建立了水中微量乙腈、丙烯腈的顶空气相色谱(HS-GC)测定方法.经顶空提取进样,用DBWAXETR毛细管色谱柱程序升温分离,经FID检测器分析,以保留时间定性,外标法定量.水中的乙腈、丙烯腈检出浓度分别为0.02和0.01 mg·L-1.样品加标回收率乙腈为91.2%~96.4%,丙烯腈为96.0 %~99.2%,7次平行测定结果的相对偏差小于5.8%.该方法操作简便、快捷,灵敏度高,具有较好的准确度和精密度,适合生活饮用水及水源水的检测.
A headspace gas chromatography method was developed for the simultaneous determination of acetonitrile and acrylonitrile in water. Acetonitrile and acrylonitrile in water samples were extracted by headspace technology, then separated with DBWAX capillary column and detected by FID. Retention time of the peaks was used for qualitative analysis, while external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. The lowest detection limits were 0.02 mg/L for acetonitrile, 0.01 mg/L for acrylonitrile. The recovery rates were 91.2 %-96.4 % for acetonitrile, 96.0 %-99.2 % for acrylonitrile. And RSD (n 7) were lower than 5.8%. This method is simple, rapid, accurate and applicable for determination of acetonitrile and acrylonitrile in various water samples.
