摘要 低密度全油基钻井液体系是以0 #柴油为基液,配合有机土、润湿剂、有机土增效剂、增黏提切剂、降滤失剂、碱度控制剂、密度减轻剂等添加剂配制而成,其密度下限可以控制在0.8~0.85g/cm3.在塔中11-2H水平井钻井过程中,该钻井液体系具有抑制性强、流变性好、润滑性好等特点,能够满足水平井等复杂井的要求,尤其适合低压地层和欠平衡钻井的需要. The low density full oil-based fluid system,which used 0#diesel oil as base oil,made up of organic soil,wetting agent,organic soil synergist,viscosifying and shearing potentiator,fluid loss additive,basicity control agent,density reducer,its low limitation of density could be controlled to 0.8~0.85g/cm3.The system has the good characteristics of strong inhibition,good rheologic property,and lubricity in 11-2Hhorizontal well drilling.It can meet the requirements of horizontal well and other complex wells,particularly in low pressure formation and underbalanced drilling.
