摘要
为了解决稠油水平井蒸汽吞吐开发过程中存在的水平段储层吸汽不均衡、动用效果不理想的难题,基于单注汽点有效控制范围理论,优化了水平井完井、注汽管串结构,结合数值模拟方法,对优化的分段完井分段注汽方式与常规完井注汽方式的开发效果进行了对比评价。结果表明,优化的稠油水平井分段完井、分段注汽方式,实现了各单元独立、定量配注,消除了因分流作用和储层非均质引起的蒸汽分配不均衡问题,提高了蒸汽的有效利用率,改善了储层的动用效果。
In order to solve the problem of uneven steam absorption and poor production effect in horizontal sections,based on the theory of effective control of single steam injection point,the structure of completion and steam injection casing strings were optimized.In combination with numerical simulation method,the development effect of optimized modes of completion and steam injection was comparatively analyzed by comparing with conventional completion modes of steam injection.The result shows the optimized segmentation completion,segmentation injection mode are beneficial for the independence of each unit and quantitative allocation of steam injection and the elimination of uneven steam allocation caused by the shunting effect and the reservoir heterogeneity,thus the efficiencies of steam injection and reserves producing are improved.
