摘要
目的研究感觉统合失调与儿童成长的社会化环境的关系,为保障儿童身心健康、早期预防儿童感觉统合失调提供理论依据。方法研究问卷采用《儿童感觉统合能力发展评定量表》、《影响因素调查问卷》。结果感觉统合的发生以轻度为主要发生类型,被调查儿童感觉统合失调检出率为41.23%;儿童出生分娩方式差异、家庭结构不同、亲子关系、家庭气氛情况、沟通方式差异、是否打骂孩子等儿童之间感觉统合失调情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论感觉统合失调与儿童成长的社会化环境有一定关系,对于儿童来说,亲子关系亲密、家庭气氛愉快、轻松,对孩子教育不打骂,以讲道理为主,良好的家庭环境成长氛围,这些都可以有效预防儿童感觉统合失调的发生。
Objectives Research the growth of children socialization environment effect on the ability of sensory integrationdisorder, for the protection of childreng physical and mental health, and provide a theoretical basis for early prevention for children withsensory integrative dysfunction. Methods This study adopts " child sensory integration scale", " factors questionnaire". ResultsOccurrence of sensory integration in light as the main type, surveyed children sensory integration dysfunction rate was 41.23% ;Theoccurrence of sensory integration dysfunction in children have related with factors which are mode of delivery, birth family structure,parent-child relationship, family atmosphere, communication, beat and scold the child( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions Sensory integrationdysfunction has a certain relationship with social environment of children growth, for children, parent-child relationship intimacy, familyatmosphere pleasant, easy for a child "s education, not beaten, to speak the truth, good family environment for the growth of theatmosphere, all of which can be effective prevention of occurrence of sensory integration dysfunction in children.
