摘要
随着我国职业教育改革的不断深入,职业教育集团作为职教改革的新生事物,有效地整合了区域教育资源,实现了优势互补和共建共享,但目前职教集团也存在合作乏力、组织结构松散等突出问题。该文以旅游职教集团为例,从组织社会学视角分析目前职教集团合作乏力的关键在于合理的制度设计,当前职教集团组织结构松散,难以发挥集约效应,影响协同合作的效果。应将职教集团运行制度设计为公共服务平台,建设成为师资共享平台、学生实习平台、校企实训平台、科研创新平台、人才供需平台和导游技能资源库,形成各方获益的共建共享和共赢平台。
With the deepening reform of China's vocational education, the vocational education group works as the new thing of educational reform and it efficiently integrates the regional educational resources, and complement each other's advantages. While the group also faces the extraordinary problems of weak cooperation and loose organizational structure. This essay tries to analyze the Tourism education groups through the perspective of organizational sociology, and the institution of the group should be designed as the public service platform including teachers' exchange, students' practice, enterprises' operation, scientific research and innovation, talents supply and demand and even tour guides' skill training database, and make the platform co-building and sharing.
