摘要
目的了解军校护理专业预备役军官学员入学后角色的适应情况,为开展有针对性的心理健康教育提供参考。方法2013年1-3月,采用目的抽样法选取某军医大学护理专业8名预备役军官学员为研究对象。在其完成1个月军训及1个月基础课程学习后,采用质性研究中的现象学研究法对其进行访谈,访谈内容根据Colaizzi的现象学分析法整理。结果护理专业预备役军官学员经历了"入学的无奈"、"专业认同感缺失"、"环境的不适应"、"学习和训练的冲突"、"人际关系的困惑"及"自我成长"等体验。结论军校护理专业预备役军官学员存在角色转换与适应障碍,管理者应及时了解她们的思想动态,积极引导,促进其尽快完成角色转换。
Objective To understand the situation of the role adaptation of reserve officer of military nursing professional students and to provide a reference for conducting targeted mental health education.Methods By convenience sampling,8 nursing freshmen at one Military Medical University in the completion of one month of military training and one month basic course were selected and interviewed, and the interview content were analyzed by using Colaizzi phenomenology analysis.Results The military nursing professional students of reserve officer have experienced the feeling of" the helplessness of the entrance" ," lack of pro- fessional identity" ," environment incommensurate ","the conflict of learning and training","interpersonal relationship confusion ",and " self-development ".Conclusion Military nursing professional students of reserve officer have difficulties in role transformation and adjustment, so managers should understand their situation, guide them actively,and promote them to complete the role conversion as soon as possible.
