照护者手卫生培训在控制医院感染中的效果

The Effect of Nursing Workers' Hands Hygiene Training in Controlling Hospital Infection

目的探索照护者手卫生培训在控制医院感染中的效果,以期为进一步开展照护者手卫生培训提供参考。方法2012年1-12月,便利抽样法选取上海市虹口区四川北路街道社区服务中心的照护者32名为研究对象,按照护时间的先后将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各16名。观察组照护者接受针对性手卫生培训,而对照组照护者接受常规医院培训,监测两组照护者手卫生培训前后洗手次数、洗手依从性、手带菌量以及对应组的医院感染率。结果培训前,观察组和对照组照护者洗手依从性评分及洗手次数的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);培训结束后,观察组照护者洗手依从性评分及洗手次数均优于培训前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且观察组照护者洗手依从性评分及洗手次数均优于培训后的对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。培训前,观察组和对照组照护者在手部平均带菌量及相应组医院感染率方面的差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);培训结束后,观察组的手部平均带菌量和相应组医院感染率均较培训前明显下降,且观察组照护者在手部平均带菌量和相应组医院感染率上也明显低于培训后的对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过加强照护者手卫生知识培训与监督,可提高照护者洗手的依从性和手卫生质量,对于预防和降低住院患者医院感染有重要的意义。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing workers＇ hands hygiene training in controlling hos- pital infection,and to provide references for the further development of hands hygiene training.Methods By convenience sampling, 32 nurses were selected and equally divided into experimental group （nursing workers all received hand hygiene training） and control group（nursing workers received conventional train- ing） .Times of hand washing, compliance, quantity of pathogen from hands and the hospital infection rate of control group were observed before and after training.Results There was no difference of times of hand- washing and compliance between two groups before training（P〈0.05）.The number of times to wash hands and compliance after training in experimental group were better than before training（P〈0.05） ,and also better than those in control group after training（all P〈0.05）.There were no difference of the number of average pathogens and the corresponding infection rate between two groups before training（P^0.05）,while the number of average pathogens and the corresponding infection rate in experimental group were significantly decreased after training and significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Strengthening the hand hygiene knowledge training with supervision and improving the quality and compliance of hand hygiene of nursing workers can effectively prevent and reduce the hospital infection of hospitalized patients.
