摘要
目的了解黄芪注射液(astragalus injection,AI)对大鼠早期压疮炎性因子和氧自由基代谢的影响。方法按随机数字表法将24只远交群(sprague dawley,SD)大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组和AI干预组(模型组与AI干预组均采用制备好的动物模型),每组8只。AI干预组在造模前给予AI 10ml/kg腹腔注射1周,模型组及正常对照组给予等容积的生理盐水腹腔注射1周。采用酶联免疫吸附法(Elisa)测定大鼠血清中髓过氧化酶(myeloperoxidase,MPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)水平的变化,并分析AI对大鼠的影响。结果模型组MPO活性显著高于对照组(P<0.01),而SOD水平明显降低。AI干预后,MPO水平明显降低,SOD水平显著升高,与模型组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论炎性因子及氧自由基可能是早期压疮的发生机制之一,且AI对早期压疮具有保护作用,可能与抑制这一机制有关。
Objective To study the effects of astragalus injection(AI) on inflammatory factor and oxygen free radicals of early stage pressure ulcer in rats.Methods Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into 3 groups : ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) group(n = 8) ,AI intervention group(n = 8) and control group(n = 8). Serum myeloperoxidase(MPO) , superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels were used to evaluate the effects of AI.Results Serum MPO level was markedly higher in model group than those in control group(P〈0.01), while the SOD level was significantly decreased. After AI intervention, MPO was significantly decreased and SOS level was increased,and there were significant differences compared with model group(P〈0.01). Conclusion Inflammatory factor and Oxygen free radicals are related to early stage pressure ulcer.Astrag- alus injection has a protective effect against early stage pressure ulcer.It may be related to the inhibition of the mechanism.
