冠状动脉介入干细胞移植术治疗心力衰竭患者的围术期护理

Perioperative Nursing Methods of Coronary Artery Intervention Stem Cell Transplantation in the Treatment of Heart Failure

目的探讨冠状动脉介入干细胞移植术治疗心力衰竭患者的围术期护理方法。方法回顾性分析并总结2012年9-12月在解放军第303医院心血管内科行冠状动脉介入干细胞移植术治疗的18例心力衰竭患者的临床资料。结果本组18例患者中,16例患者均顺利完成手术,无不良反应发生;其余2例患者中,有1例患者术中输注干细胞入左冠状动脉内时出现胸痛、胸闷、心率减慢等急性血管栓塞;另有1例患者术毕立即出现寒颤、发冷等症状,经对症处理后,均有所好转。结论干细胞移植术治疗心力衰竭是一项新技术,全面精心的护理、积极创造利于干细胞分化生长的机体内环境,有利于提高治疗效果。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing methods of coronary artery intervention stem cell transplantation in the treatment of heart failure.Methods Clinical data of 18 patients with heart failure who received coronary artery intervention stem cell transplantation were retrospectively analyzed and sum- marized.Results 16 patients were successfully finish the surgery with no complications.Regarding to other 2 cases,one patient had chest pain,chest congestion,heart rate drops and other acute thrombosis during stem cell transplantation.Other 1 case had shivering and chills after the surgery,and healing well after the symptomatic treatment.Conclusion The stem cell transplantation is a new technology,so intensive nursing care and actively create internal environment which is good for the stem cell＇s differentiation and growth can improve the curative effect.
