理论点拨加程序性设计人际沟通训练模式在实习护生中的应用

摘要 目的探讨理论点拨加程序性设计人际沟通训练模式在实习护生中的应用效果。方法 2012年,便利抽样法选择右江民族医学院护理学院实习阶段护生148名,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各74名,对照组应用常规教学和实习模式,观察组在对照组的基础上应用理论点拨加程序性设计人际沟通训练模式。结果观察组护生的考试成绩、沟通能力测量评分、人际沟通能力自我评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论理论点拨加程序性设计人际沟通训练模式有利于提高实习护生的人际沟通能力,值得推广应用。 Objective To discuss the application effect of theoretical and procedure design interpersonal communication training model in nursing interns.Methods By convenience sampling, a total of 148 nursing students were randomly recruited and divided into control group and observation group, each group included 74 cases. Conventional teaching approach and practice model were used in control group while instructive teaching approach combined with well-planned teaching model was applied in observation group. Results Examination score, communication ability assessment score and self-evaluation of interpersonal communication ability in observation group were significantly higher than which in control group (P 〈0.01).Conclusion Theoretical and procedure design interpersonal communication training model can effectively improve the interpersonal communication ability, and worth for clinical trail.
