理论与实践交互渗透培养模式在神经疾病专科护士培训中的应用 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨理论与实践交互渗透培养模式在神经疾病专科护士培训中的应用效果。方法 2011年,解放军海军总医院神经疾病护理示范基地采用集中授课、临床实践等理论与实践交互渗透培养模式对19名学员进行培训,并采用自行设计的《神经疾病专科护士临床教学基地教学质量反馈表》对培训效果进行评价。结果 19名学员均通过考核并取得专科护士培训证书。19名学员培训后的理论及操作考核成绩与培训前比较均明显提高,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);学员的神经疾病专科护士临床实习评价优秀率达95%以上;学员对培训内容及教学质量的满意度达89%以上。结论理论与实践交互渗透模式应用于神经疾病专科护士培训模式契合学科特点,有利于提高专科培训质量。 Objective To explore the application effects of theory and practice cross-penetration mode m the training process of the neurological specialist nurses.Methods 19 students were trained through con- centrated teaching, clinical practice and other theory and practice cross--penetration mode, and training effect were evaluated by self-designed scale. Results 19 students were all pass the examination and got the nursing training certification. The theoretical and practical examination score after training were significantly higher than before training (all P 〈0.01). The excellent rate of clinical internship evaluation reached 95%, and students satisfaction rate towards training content and teaching quality reached 89%.Conelusion Theory and practice of interactive infiltration mode applied to the neurological specialist nurse training can fit the characteristics and improve the quality of specialist training.
