摘要
目的研究番木瓜乙醇提取物的抗炎活性。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀法和角叉菜胶致小鼠足肿胀法,并测定小鼠炎足上清液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)以及小鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果番木瓜乙醇浸膏能抑制角叉菜胶所致小鼠耳肿胀和足肿胀(P<0.05或P<0.01),并能降低PGE2,MDA,TNF-α等炎性因子的含量(P<0.05),但不能有效升高血清中SOD含量。结论番木瓜乙醇浸膏具有明显抗炎作用,高剂量抗炎活性明显优于低剂量。
Objective To study the ant -inflammatory activity of Carica papaya Linn. ethanol extract. Methods The dimethylbenzene induced mouse ear edema method and the carrageenan caused mouse paw swell method were adopted. The level of PGE2,MDA,NO and TNF- α in the supernatant of mouse inflammatory paws and serum SOD were detected. Results Carica papaya Linn. ethanol extract significantly inhibited the mouse ear edema induced by dimethylbenzene and the mouse paw edema induced by carrageenan (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01),also decreased the inflammatory media level of PGE2,MDA and TNF-α(P 〈 0.05),but could not increase the contents of serum SOD effectively. Conclusion Carica papaya Linn. ethanol extract has obvious anti- inflammatory effect,and the anti- inflammatory activity of high dose is significantly superior to that of low dose.
