Objective To observe the effect of Shuxuening Injection on plasma endothelin and hemorheologic indexes in the patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 300 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,150 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine therapy of thrombolysis, anticoagulation, brain cell protection and reducing pressure, while on this basis the treatment group was added with Shuxuening Injection. The clinical effects after treatment were observed in the two groups. The plasma endothelin and the bemorbeologic indexes were detected. The drugs adverse reactions were recorded. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 89.33% ,which was significantly higher than 76.67% in the control group, moreover, the reduction of neural function impairment scores was greater than that in the control group, the differences showed the statistical significance( P 〈 0.05);the improvement degree of plasma endothelin and the hemorheologic indexes in the treatment group was superior to those in the control group with statistical difference(P 〈 0.05). No obvious drug adverse reactions were found during the treatment process. Conclusion Shuxuening Injection for treating acute cerebral infarction can increase the clinical effect, decrease the plasma endothelin level, improve the hemorheologic indexes with high safety ,which is worthy of being clinically promoted.
