摘要
结合吉林油田德惠区块实际地质情况,通过筛选加重剂、降滤失剂、防腐剂、黏土稳定剂,优选出适用于气藏的高温高密度低伤害无固相压井液体系.该压井液体系密度在1.0~2.5g/cm3范围内可调;在不同密度下,均能抗高温180℃,滤失量低于16mL,腐蚀速率小于0.076mm/a,岩屑回收率达到80%以上,岩心渗透率恢复值大于95%;其配伍性良好、无沉淀.现场实施可根据实际情况按照压井液配方比例进行调整,可得到适合各井筒的压井液.
Combined with practical geological situation of Dehui Block in Jilin Oilfield,by screening the weighting agent,filtration reducing agent,preservative,clay stabilizer,a high temperature and high density solid-free killing fluid system with low damage was chosen for the gas reservoir.Its adjustable density was within the range of 1.0~2.5g/cm3.In different density ranges,its temperature resistance was 180℃,filter loss was less than 16 mL,its corrosion rate was less than 0.076mm/a.Debris recovery rate was more than80%,the recovery value of core permeability was greater than 95%,its compatibility was good without precipitation.The field implementation can be adjusted according to the formula of killing fluid.
