滏阳河衡水市区段综合整治工程以防洪减灾为主,辅以两岸的生态景观建设,较好地处理了防洪减灾与水资源开发利用、洪水与城市发展、防洪工程与生态景观建设之间的关系,提高了抗御洪水灾害的能力,改善了河道和周边生态环境,将滏阳河打造成集游览观光、休闲娱乐为一体的综合旅游景区。

The comprehensive rehabilitation project of Fuyang River in the Hengshui city section takes the flood control and hazard mitigation as the main line, and the ecology landscape construction are supplemented on both sides, it will be better for the relationships between flood control and water resources development and utilization, floods and urban develop- ment, flood control projects and ecological landscape construction. This project not only improves the ability to control flood, but also improves the river water environment and the surrounding ecological environment, the Fuyang River is build to an integrated tourism region with sightseeing, leisure and entertainment.
