摘要
目的:针对临床伤口面积测量便捷性及准确度问题,设计基于安卓操作系统的伤口面积测量软件。方法:利用安卓电子设备的拍照功能拍摄伤口图像,裁剪图片后进行转换灰度图、图像二值化、剔除无效区域及提取有效区域,统计伤口面积像素数,根据像素比计算伤口面积,将伤口面积数据显示在安卓电子设备的屏幕上。结果:伤口面积测量软件能够自动标注伤口区域,根据伤口区域与同一拍摄距离下1 cm2参照物的比例关系计算伤口面积并显示伤口面积数据。软件测量伤口面积的误差在±1.112%之内,能够准确地完成对不规则伤口的测量。结论:基于安卓系统的伤口面积测量软件,通过拍摄、计算处理等间接测量的方法计算伤口面积,避免了伤口感染等问题,能够代替广泛用于临床的直接测量方法。
Objective:According to clinical wound area measurement's convenience and accuracy problem,the wound area measurement software based on the Android operating system is designed.Methods:The wound image was photographed by the photographed function of Android electronic equipment and was cut out and converted to grayscale then to binarizate image.The invalid area was eliminated and the valid area was extracted.The pixels of wound area were counted.According to the pixel than,the wound area was calculated and displayed on the screen of the Android electronic equipment.Results:The wound area can be marked automatically by wound area measurement software.According to the proportion of wound area and 1cm2 reference object on the same distance the wound area data is calculated and displayed.The error of the software measurement is within ±1.112%.The software can complete the measurement of irregular wounds accurately.Conclusion:The wound area is measured by the wound area measurement software based on Android operating system using untouched measurement such as taking picture,calculating and processing.It avoids the problem of wound infection and substitutes for direct measurement method which widely used in clinical.
