高职医学院校校外实训基地建设与管理探析

Analysis on the construction and management of the off-campus training base in higher vocational colleges

目的:对高职医学院校校外实训基地的建设与管理进行分析探讨,推进和完善高职院校的校外实训基地建设。方法:针对目前校外实训基地存在的普遍问题,以北大方正软件技术学院卫生分院为例,对实训基地的建设和管理经验进行系统归纳和总结。结果:提高了对校外实训基地的管理水平,及时有效地掌握了评价和考核实训效果的方法。结论:校外实训实践是高职医学院校在校大学生完成大学课程实践的重要环节,是提高在校大学生实践能力的重要手段。

Objective：To analyze and discuss the development and management of training bases,aiming to inspire the fellow to probe into and drive on the development and promotion of training bases outside university.Methods：Aiming at the general problems existed in current training bases; the article takes the Hygiene Campus of Peking University Founder Technology College as an example in order to summarize the experiences for the development and management of training bases.Results：The management of training bases is improved and the way of evaluation and examination is effectively and promptly mastered.Conclusion：The training and practice outside university is one of the most important parts in practical university courses for students in vocational college,and also the effective way to improve the students＇ ability of training and practice.
