CT泌尿系造影检查三维重建对诊断男性泌尿系先天异常的临床价值

The significance of CTU 3D reconstruction in the diagnosis of congenital anomalies of the male urinary system under the multidetector CT

目的:探索CT泌尿系造影(CTU)检查对诊断男性泌尿系先天异常的临床价值。方法:将25例肾-输尿管-膀胱摄影(KUB)图像与CTU检查图像进行对比。结果:CTU三维成像均能够清晰显示男性泌尿系先天异常的解剖和疾病类型。结论:CTU与其他泌尿系检查方法比较,具有扫描时间短、图像分辨率高、多种成像方式、多方位观察病变、无需肠道准备和腹部加压等优点,为疾病诊断和临床制定治疗方案提供方便,可作为男性泌尿系先天异常疾病诊断的首选检查方法。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of CT urography （CTU） in the diagnosis of congenital anomalies of the male urinary tract.Methods：The 25 cases will be conducted KUT which contrast with CTU.Results：CTU three-dimensional imaging can display the reasons of the male urinary tract congenital anomalies.Conclusion：Compare with the other urinary screening method,CTU have many advantages such as a short scan time,high image resolution,a variety of imaging modalities,multi-faceted observed lesions,without bowel preparation and abdominal pressure,etc.It provides the convenience for diagnostic and clinical treatment,and it is the first of choice for diagnosed of the male urinary tract congenital disorders.
