摘要 目的:研究连续性血液净化治疗(CBPT)多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)的疗效,并探讨其对肾功能和电解质水平的影响。方法:选择25例MODS患者给予CBPT,观察其治疗前、治疗中和治疗后患者血液生化指标和血常规,并进行急性生理年龄和慢性健康评估Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)、简化急性生理评分Ⅱ(SAPSⅡ)和MODS评分。结果:与治疗前相比较,CBPT后第2 d晨和CBPT结束后次日晨患者的APACHEⅡ、SAPSⅡ和MODS评分较治疗前降低,治疗过程中肾功能和电解质平衡有所改善。结论:CBPT对MODS患者疗效确切,可为原发病进一步治疗争取宝贵时间。 Objective:To study the effect of treating multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) with continuous blood purification therapy (CBP),and to discuss the influences of applied treatments on renal function and electrolyte levels of patients.Methods:25 MODS patients were chosen and treated with CBPT treatments,while blood biochemical index and blood routine examinations were tested before,during and after treatments of CBPT.Simultaneously,APACHE Ⅱ,SAPS Ⅱ and MODS scores were achieved.Results:Compared with the values before CBPT treatments,APACHE Ⅱ,SAPS Ⅱ and MODS scores decreased after one day of therapy and continued to decrease until the end of CBPT treatments.The renal function and electrolyte balance were improved during treatment.Conclusion:It was sure the effect of treating MODS patients with CBPT,which can prolong the survival time for the healing of primarydiseases.
