摘要
通过田间试验,测定了稻田干土产甲烷菌数量、干土甲烷产生率。研究控制灌溉条件下稻田棵间甲烷的减排机理。结果表明,不同水分处理下稻田棵间干土产甲烷菌数量变化规律总体相似,且控制灌溉条件下稻田棵间干土产甲炕菌数量低于淹水灌溉稻田,但差异不显著。干土甲烷产生率随土层深度的加深而降低,且控制灌溉条件下稻田各土层干土甲烷产生率均小于常规淹水灌溉,其中O~lO、10~20cm土层处理间干土甲炕产生率差异显著。2种水分处理下稻田干土产甲烷菌数量和甲烷产生率在不同生育期的变化并不一致,没有明显的相关性,稻田土壤甲烷的产生能力不只是取决于产甲烷菌数量的多少。
The methanogen quantity and soil methane production rate in paddy soil were measured through incubation experiment to reveal the mechanism of the methane emission reduction from paddy fields under controlling irrigation. The results showed that the change of methanogen quantity in paddy soil under controlled irrigation was the same as that in flooding paddy. Methanogen number in paddy soil under controlled irrigation was lower than that in flooding paddy, but the difference was not significant. The methane production rate decreased with the increase of soil depth. Methane production rates of paddy field in profiles under controlled irrigation were lower than that in flooding paddy, and the differences between the two irrigation treatments were both significant in 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm of soil. The methane production rates varied inconsistently to the methanogen number in the two treatments, and there was no obvious correlation between the methane production rate and methanogens number. The methane production rate was not determined solely by the number of methanogens.
