Analysis on fault reasons of coal pulverizing system of 600 MW boiler and treatment countermeasures

福建漳州后石电厂600MW锅炉制粉系统经常发生故障,给机组的安全、经济运行造成了一定的威胁。论述了制粉系统常见故障类型,分析了发生故障的原因,提出了处理对策,其经验可为遇到同类故障的其他电厂提供借鉴。

The fault often occurred in coal pulverizing system of the 600 MW boiler in Fujian Zhangzhou Houshi Power Plant,and which threatens the save and economic operation of the unit in some degree. The common fault types of the coal pulverizing system were expounded,the reasons of the faults were analyzed,and the treatment countermeasures were proposed. The experiences of the power plant provide reference for other power plants to treat similar faults.
