摘要
介绍了清水川电厂二期工程的基本情况,论述了石子煤负压气力输送系统的工作原理和特点,对比分析了石子煤负压气力输送系统与传统输送设备的技术经济指标。结合清水川电厂二期工程的实际情况,对石子煤负压气力输送系统在清水川电厂二期工程应用的可行性进行了论证,论证结果表明,该系统能满足现场安全生产的需要,可有效解决石子煤排放过程中着火及粉尘污染等问题。
The basic status of Qingshuichuan Power Plant Project Phase II was introduced. The working principle and the features of the pebble coal negative-pressure pneumatic conveying system were expounded. The technical and economical indexes of the pebble coal negative-pressure pneumatic conveying system and the indexes of the traditional conveying system were analyzed and compared. Combining with actual situation of Qingshuichuan Power Plant Project Phase II,the feasibility to apply the pebble coal negative-pressure pneumatic conveying system in Qingshuichuan Power Plant Project Phase II was demonstrated,and the result shows that the system can satisfy the requirement of field safety production,and the problems in pebble coal discharge process,such as coal burning and dust pollution,can be solved effectively.
