溶液浸润法制备高强度静电纺PA 66纤维膜-TPU复合材料

摘要 通过溶液浸润的方法制备PA 66纤维膜-TPU复合纤维膜。采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察经TPU溶液浸润前后纤维膜的形貌;力学性能测试表征浸润前后纤维膜的力学性能。结果表明:浸润后复合膜的力学性能大幅度提高。此外,通过循环拉伸和应力松弛试验进一步研究纤维与基体之间的界面相互作用。 Electrospun PA 66 fiber membrane-TPU composites were manufactured by solution impregnation. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and tensile test were used to characterize the morphology and the tensile property of PA 66 fiber membrane before and after immersed in TPU solution. The results showed that after fiber membrane immersed in TPU solution, the tensile strength increased on a large scale. Furthermore, step cycle test and stress relaxation experiment were used to characterize the interface interaction between fibers and matrix.
