摘要
基于青年馆员的职业特征,从社会、组织和个人等三个方面对导致青年馆员流失的因素进行了分析,并针对这些问题提出,要提升青年馆员的工作满意度和职业归属感,让其成为推动公共图书馆发展的中坚力量,需要从加强职业生涯规划、开展心理素质培养、重视职业能力开发、完善管理激励机制等四方面入手。
Based on young librarians occupation characteristics, this paper analyzes the influence factors of society, organization and individual which cause the loss of young librarians. According to the above analysis, it proposes to improve young librarian's job satisfaction and occupation of belonging by strengthening career planning, developing psychological quality training, emphasizing occupation ability development, improving the management incentive mechanism, so as to make them become the core force in public library.
