摘要 核糖核酸酶A超家族也即牛胰腺核糖核酸酶家族,它包含了与牛胰腺核糖核酸酶同源的所有脊椎动物核糖核酸酶.核糖核酸酶A超家族的大部分成员具有特殊的生物学活性,有的还具有细胞毒性,能够抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,有望成为抗肿瘤的新药.本文对核糖核酸酶A超家族成员极其生物学活性做了介绍. Ribonuclease A superfamily is also known as Bovine pancreatic ribonuclease family. It includes the vertebrate ribonucleases that are homologous with bovine pancreatic ribonuclease. Most members of RNase A superfamily have special catalytic activity and some of them have cytotoxcity. They can suppress the growth of tumors,consequently they are hopefully to be a new antitumor drug in clinical oncology. The biological activity of ribonuclease A superfamily is introduced.
