介绍了多功能单片机MSC1210和16位D/A转换器AD5061的功能特点及精密电阻仪的设计思想和工作原理,突出关键器件的选用和高精度低温漂恒流源电路设计。采用输出电流经A/D转换反馈回单片机的外部闭环误差调整和由运算放大器等构成深度负反馈的内部闭环稳定系统,实现高精度恒流输出和精细测量目标。
The paper introduces the versatile microcontroller MSC1210 and 16 bit D/A converter AD5061, and precision resistance meter design ideas and working principle, highlights key components selection and low temperature drift precision constant current source circuit design. It achieves the goals of high precision constant current output and finely measurement by adopting external closed-loop feedback error adjustment system of the output current by using the A/D converter to the microcontroller and internal closed-loop stabilization system constituted by an operational amplifier such as the depth of the negative feedback.
