摘要
脚手架技术是伴随着建筑施工的要求而产生并发展的,随着我国建筑施工方式的迅速改变和应用范围的不断扩大,对梁体较重的桥梁高大模板支承系统的需求变得越来越迫切。由于脚手架自身的诸多缺陷,造成施工过程中经常产生安全事故,大力开发和推广应用新型支架体系是当务之急。文中介绍了最新研究开发的新型桥梁三角塔式支架的结构体系、结构特点、结构计算、安装使用方法等,并与传统支架做了技术经济比较。该支架已在国内多个项目中得到成功应用,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
The development of scaffolding is accompanied by the demands of bridge construction. A- long with the of rapid changing of construction mode and expanding range of applications, the demand of formwork supporting system for bridge with heavy beam body becomes more and more urgent. Scaffoldinges own defects often cause safety accidents during the construction process, so the develop- ment and application of new supporting system become the urgent matter. This paper introduces the new research and development of new bridge triangular tower frame structure system, structure characteristics, frame calculation and installation and so on, and the technical and economic comparison with the traditional support. The bracket has been applied successfully in a number of projects in China and achieved good economic and social benefits.
