摘要 介绍了高含水区5头搅小直径搅拌桩与高压摆喷组合超深防渗施工工法,及其工艺原理、工艺流程、质量控制、工法特点及适用范围。该工法克服了传统水泥搅拌桩的致命缺陷,很好地解决了其成桩深度小、适应地层差等问题,实现了水泥土防渗墙无缝连接,而且相对降低了工程费用,缩短了施工周期。可广泛用于市政、水利、交通、能源建设中。 This paper focuses on using the construction method concerning five-head small diameter mixing piles combined with high pressure pendulum jet to seepage control. It also includes the technology principle, technological process, quality control, features of technology and applicable scope. This construction method overcomes the fatal flaw of the traditional cement mixing pile and it is a good solution to the problems of little depth and poor adaptability to layer. It achieves the seamless connection of the soil-cement seepage prevention wall, relatively reduces the construction expenses and shortens the construction period. It can be widely used in various areas such as municipal, water conservancy, transportation, energy engineering construction and so on.
