沥青混合料加热拌和装置结构设计及参数选型

Structure Design and Parameter Selection of Asphalt Mixture Heating and Mixing Device

针对沥青路面施工现场所产生余料的后期处理问题,提出采用一种加热拌和装置,其主要由加热系统和搅拌系统两部分组成。通过对其加热系统及搅拌系统结构的合理设计及其参数选型,最终实现了施工现场余料的回收加热再利用。

Post processing problems in the construction site of asphalt pavement generated more than expected, in this paper, a heating and mixing device, its heating mixing device is mainly composed of two parts： heating system and mixing system; rational design of the structure and parameters of the heating system and mixing system selection, the recovery heating surplus material construction site again the goal was finally realized.
