“三伏贴”对COPD稳定期患者预后影响

Observation for 3 Years on Prognosis of Stable COPD Patients Treated With “Sanfu Stikers”

目的观察3年来"三伏贴"对于COPD缓解期的患者肺功能及因COPD急性加重而住院的次数的影响。方法:COPD缓解期患者53例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,常规治疗基础上,治疗组每年夏天初、中、末三伏的第一天贴敷"三伏贴"治疗。结果"三伏贴"对于COPD的患者肺功能下降有一定的延缓作用,并且这种作用随着治疗年限的增加而逐渐明显。结论其对于COPD患者因急性发作而住院也起到了一定的预防作用。

Objective To observe the impact of COPD patients for 3 years in relieving lung function and the number of hospitalizations due to COPD exacerbation who treated with＂Sanfu stickers＂. Methods COPD patients in remission in 53 cases were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. On the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment group were received＂Sanfu Stikers＂treatment in the year early summer,the end of the first day of patching dog day. Results The＂Sanfu Stikers＂had certain effect for lung function decline of COPD patients,and this effect increases gradually year by year. Conclusion Moreover,The ＂Sanfu Stikers＂can prevent hospitalizations for COPD patients due to acute attack.
