摘要
湖北某胶磷矿为难选磷矿石,以该胶磷矿为浮选试验对象,以油酸皂为主捕收剂,配合可产生协同作用的表面活性剂进行浮选试验。结果表明,阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂组合后添加到脂肪酸类捕收剂中,可显著提高磷精矿的品位和回收率,对原矿品位为21.76%的胶磷矿进行一次粗选,磷精矿品位可达27%以上,回收率达91.5%以上。
Siliceous and calcareous cellophane rocks from Hubei are relatively difficult to be separated.Collophane was beneficiated by means of flotation with collector fatty acids soaps and surfactants with synergistic effect in flotation.The result showed that fatty acids soaps with an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant combined could improve the grade and recovery rate of phosphate concentrate.The direct flotation was conducted of the collophanite using fatty acid soaps with an anionic surfactant and a nonionic surfactant combined as collector with the grade of phosphate concentrate up to 26% and recovery rate 91.5%.
