半导体激光测距仪用双脉冲电路设计

摘要 针对采用单脉冲便携式激光测距机难以测量中远距离的缺点,设计出用于半导体激光测距仪的大电流双脉冲驱动电路,利用二值化高速数据采集方法实现了测距功能。应用该电路制作的便携式测距原型机,在无合作目标的情况下,整机系统测量距离达1750 m,命中率高达95%以上。经过测试表明,双脉冲测距电路具有功耗低、测量距离远、命中率高、测试方便等特点,具有实际使用价值。 As monopulse portable semiconductor laser range finder can not accurately test the targets at a middle or far distance,a high-current dual-pulse laser diode driving circuit is designed,the ranging is realized by binarization high-speed data acquisition method.The measurement range and the prototype laser rangefinder is made based on this circuit,ranging distance of the system can reach 1750m,and measurement accuracy is up to 95%without cooperative targets.Experiment results show that the circuit has the characteristics of low power consumption,large measuring range and high accuracy,it has practical value.
