摘要
目的研究偏头痛患者的病情、生活质量和残疾的纵向变化;分析在头痛频率、疼痛程度、治疗用药和疗效之间的演变关系。方法采用连续登记入组法,用世界卫生组织残疾评定量表(WHO-DASⅡ)评估患者残疾情况,用偏头痛特异性生活质量问卷表(MSQ2.1)调查患者健康相关生活质量,用头痛日记记录患者头痛情况。结果治疗前、后比较,患者疼痛程度、头痛频率以及急性药物的使用方面显著好转;MSQ2.1三个维度的评分均有下降。WHO-DASⅡ评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在头痛的总天数与急性用药次数之间以及急性用药次数与WHO-DASⅡ总分之间有显著的正相关。结论在残疾和一些与健康有关的生活质量方面,有明显的改善趋势。治疗的连续性对改善患者的健康相关生活质量和减少残疾有重要的作用。
Objective To study the longitudinal change of Migraine patient′s condition,quality of life and disability;analyze the evolution of the relationship between headache frequency,pain intensity,medication and treatment efficacy.Methods Continuous registration of migraine patients,using WHO-DASⅡ to assess the disability,using MSQ2.1to assess the health-related quality of life,using headache diary to record the patient′s condition.Results Compared the conditions of before and after treatment,the average level of pain,acute drug using and headache frequency,were significantly improved.The three dimensions′scores of MSQ2.1were decreased.Conclusion In this study,significant improvement were found in some of the disability and health-related quality of life.Continuity of treatment has an important role to improve health-related quality of life of patients and reduce disability.
