经皮单侧椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨经皮单侧椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床效果。方法回顾2009年6月至2012年6月在本院行经皮单侧PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的患者32例(32个椎体),评估疼痛缓解情况;测量伤椎恢复高度及观察术后并发症。结果所有患者均获随访,随访时间6-18个月,平均随访12.4个月,术后患者疼痛缓解明显。术中伤椎骨水泥注入量3.0-5.0mL,平均4.2mL,术后第2天均可下床行走,疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),伤椎高度较术前明显提高(P〈0.05);2例2个椎体发生骨水泥椎间盘渗漏,1例1个椎体椎旁软组织渗漏,但术中及术后随访均未发现骨水泥渗漏引起的临床症状。结论经皮单侧PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折,术中掌握好进针角度、骨水泥推注时机及技巧,既可取得良好的骨水泥弥散效果,又能降低骨水泥渗漏的发生率,同时获得了满意的临床疗效。
