原钙黏蛋白20研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 原钙黏蛋白（protocadherin，Pcdh）是由Shintaro等在使用钙黏蛋白细胞外（extracellular cadherin，EC）结构域来鉴定钙黏蛋白家族新成员时，意外发现了编码钙黏蛋白EC域的PCR扩增产物片段，这些钙黏蛋白的EC结构域与经典钙黏蛋白的EC结构域明显不同，于是就称它们为原钙黏蛋白。
