摘要
针对联合站内重要的管道发生腐蚀穿孔时,需要停产更换管道,施工周期长,影响单井产液量,并且施工过程中需要动火焊接,存在安全隐患的问题,介绍了碳纤维补强金属管道的技术原理,室内爆破试验验证了补强效果。现场试验表明:管道补强后承压大于10 MPa,能够满足工艺要求,恢复管道的承压能力。试验结果表明碳纤维复合材料是一种可靠的管道修复材料。碳纤维补强技术可实现管道不停产、带温、带压在线修复,适合于位置重要、不能轻易停产的管道修复。
In view of the boring of the major pipes within the united station due to corrosion,there is a need to stop production to replace piping. But the construction period is long,affecting the output of individual wells. Moreover,there is a must to weld the holes,thus probably causing hazards. Here in this paper is introduced the technique principle of the carbon fiber compensation metal piping,and the indoor blasting experiment verified the compensation effect. Field experiments prove that a compensated pipe can bear a pressure bigger than a 10 MPa,therefore satisfying the technical requirements and resuming the bearing ability of the pipe. Experiment results show that a carbon fiber compound the material is a kind of dependable piping to repair a method. The carbon fiber composite material is a kind of reliable pipe maintenance material and that this carbon fiber compensation technique can ensure a pipeline not stop production and bear a pressure and some temperature during on-line repair,suitable to pipelines in important positions where production cannot stop lightly in time of maintenance.
