绩效管理是对企业运营过程的管理,是通过事前、事中、事后的动态控制手段,实现战略目标的管控过程。绩效考核只是绩效管理的一个评价环节,绩效管理是通过对运营过程的全面管理,发现组织和人力资源管理的改进空间,持续改善运营管理水平、提升组织能力、实现战略目标的过程。
Performance management which is a dynamic control process to implement strategic objectives through feed forward control, concurrent control and feedback control is the management of enterprises' operations process.Performance assessment is just a step of performance management.The purpose of performance management is that finding improvement space during organization management and human resources management, then improving operations management level,promoting organizing ability, and achieving strategic objectives.
