摘要
观察医用红外热成像技术三维动态回旋手法治疗冻结期肩关节周围炎的临床疗效及可行性分析。医用红外热成像技术可以通过光学仪器等系统设备把不可见的瞬间体表温度通过红外热成像图表达人体的温度变化。通过对肩关节周围炎肩关节局部解剖部位的热成像分析,初步揭示肩关节周围炎在诊断、治疗过程中红外热像表达规律和提供三维动态牵伸回旋法下肩关节周围炎疗效分析的新依据。
To observe the clinical curative effect analysis under the guidance of medical infrared thermal imaging technology three-D dy- namic swing technique in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder. Medical infrared thermal imaging technology can be through the opti- cal instruments and other system equipment to invisible instantaneous surface temperature by infrared thermal imaging figure expression of human body temperature changes. Through thermal imaging analysis of shoulder joint local anatomical site of periarthritis of shoulder, it is preliminary revealed that infrared thermal image expression regularity in the process of diagnosis and treatment of periarthritis of shoulder and providing new evidence for curative effect of pcriarthritis of shoulder under 3D dynamic drafting circle-round method.
