复方丹参注射液不良反应的回顾性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:分析复方丹参注射液不良反应的特点,以规范复方丹参注射液使用,减少临床不良反应的发生。方法:选取2004年1月-2014年1月郑州市第二人民医院应用复方丹参注射液出现不良反应的患者80例的完整临床病历,分析各种诱发患者不良反应的因素,如性别、年龄、过敏史、原发疾病;记录所有不良反应出现的时间、不良反应表现的类型及程度。结果:不良反应的发生与患者性别、年龄无明显相关性。但老年体弱患者,有内脏功能衰竭病史患者,有过敏病史患者,体质较敏感患者可能更容易出现不良反应;静脉滴注30 min后不良反应发生概率较高,主要表现为轻中度不良反应,其不良反应类型主要以过敏反应、消化系统反应、心血管反应及皮肤反应为主。结论:复方丹参注射液是临床常见用药,其不良反应需引起高度重视,减少不良反应的发生,规范其临床使用。 Objective :To analyze the characteristics of adverse reaction of Compound Danshen Injection and to regulate the use of Com- pound Danshen Injection and reduce the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions. Methods :Selection 80 cases of patients were apphcated of Compound Danshen Injection appearing adverse reactions with complete clinical records in The Second People's Hospital of Zheng- zhou City from January 2004 to January 2014, analyzing various factors of inducing adverse reactions in patients with such as gender, age, history of allergies, primary disease and recording all adverse reaction appearing time, the performance of the type and degree of ad- verse reactions. Results:The occurrence of adverse reactions has no significant co^Telation with patients' gender,age. But the weak and elderly patients ,patients with a history of internal organs function failure, patients with a history of allergies, constitution sensitive pa- tients may be more prone to adverse reactions;higher reaction probability 30 rain after intravenous drip,main show is mild-to-moderate adverse reactions, and the adverse reaction type mainly is allergic reactions, digestive system, cardiovascular reaction and skin reaction. Conclusion:Compound Danshen Injection is common clinical application,its adverse reaction should attach great importance to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, standardize its clinical use.
