养阴活血方治疗老年冠心病心绞痛临床研究

Clinical Research on Nourishing Yin and Activating Blood Prescription Treatment of Senile Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris

目的:探讨养阴活血方治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:将121例冠心病心绞痛患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组(64例)和对照组(57例),对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服养阴活血方,治疗8周后观察两组临床疗效、心电图疗效及脉搏波传导速度的变化。结果:治疗组在缓解临床症状、心电图改善和降低脉搏波传导速度方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:养阴活血方是治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的有效方剂,改善动脉弹性可能是其作用机制之一。

Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect and its action mechanism of nourishing yin and activating blood prescription treatment of senile coronary heart disease angina pectoris. Methods ：121 patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into the treatment group（64 cases） and the control group（57 cases）. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group was treated with nourishing yin and activating blood decoction on the basis of conventional treat- ment. observe clinical curative effect and the change of the pulse wave conduction velocity of the two groups after 8 weeks of treatment. Results：Alleviating clinical symptoms,electrocardiogram improvement and reducing the pulse wave conduction velocity in the treatment group were better than that in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Nourishing yin and activating blood prescription is the effective prescription treatment of senile coronary heart disease angina pectoris, and improving the elasticity of the arteries could be one of its mechanisms.
