湖南省农村科普示范基地建设的现状、问题及对策研究

农村科普示范基地,是新形势下提升农业劳动参与者业务素质的重要载体,是提升农业科技应用水平的有效途径。文章针对湖南农村科普示范基地建设现状,阐述了农村科普示范基地在新农村建设中的积极作用,并针对目前湖南湖南农村科普示范基地建设存在的主要问题,针对性提出了发展农村科普示范基地的对策。

The demonstration base on the rural popular science is an key carrier to improve the quality of farmer,and is the effective method to improve the application on agricultural science and technology.According to the construction status, this paper expounds the positive role of demonstration base on the rural popular science played in the new rural construction, and the relevant solutions are provided for the main problems of the construction on demonstration base.
