中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床研究

Clinical Research on Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:将45例非酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组按正常西医疗法给予还原型谷胱甘肽静脉滴注治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予理气化瘀、疏肝健脾的中药汤剂口服,比较两组患者治疗后B超、CT、肝功生化情况及临床疗效。结果:观察组患者ALT、AST、TC及TG平均水平趋于正常;B超及CT检查亦显示其肝脏形态结构大多数逐渐趋于正常,与对照组比较显著差异(P<0.05);观察组患者有效率91.3%,对照组有效率86.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗非酒精性脂肪肝疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of non- alcoholic fatty liverdisease. Methods ：45 cases of non alcoholic fatty liver disease patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given reduced glutathione intravenous drip,and the observation group was treated with oral administration regulating qi and dispersing blood stasis, soothing liver and invigorating spleen drugs. Compared B ultrasound, CT, liver function biochemical and clinical curative effect of patients in the two groups after treatment. Results：ALT,AST,TC and TG levels of the observation group patients returned to normal;B Ultrasound and CT examination showed that the liver morphology most gradually returned to normal, there was a significant difference compared with the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the effective rate of the observation group was 91.3% , and the control group was 86.3% , and the difi^rence was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease has distinct curative effect ,less adverse reactions, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
